Pain Intensity, PROMIS Measure

Two concept sets which inform one another to identify patient reported pain intensity. The first concept set, `promis_pain_intensity.csv` was developed to identify the questions that make up the Pain Intensity Patient Reported Outcome Measurement Information System (PROMIS) measure. These elements were identified by PCORnet as part of the CDM enhancement efforts for version 7.0. Self reported and parent proxy questions are identified in the concept set to aid in categorizing responses, especially in pediatric cohorts. Only this file is necessary to define a cohort of patients with a PROMIS measure for pain intensity. The second concept set, `promis_pain_intensity_values.csv` was developed to identify the ANSWERS (i.e. `value_as_concept_id`) to the questions that make up the Pain Intensity Patient Reported Outcome Measurement Information System (PROMIS) measure. These elements were identified by PCORnet as part of the CDM enhancement efforts for version 7.0. They were identified by joining the concept set with the questions to the concept_relationship table and extracting `concept_id_2` where `relationship_id` = ‘Has Answer’.

第二组概念集`promis_pain_intensity_values.csv`旨在识别构成上述PROMIS疼痛强度量表的问题所对应的应答（即`value_as_concept_id`字段）。该组元素同样由PCORnet作为7.0版CDM优化工作的一部分完成识别。其识别流程为：将该概念集与相关问题关联至`concept_relationship`表，并提取`relationship_id`为‘Has Answer’的`concept_id_2`字段值。
