To investigate the interaction between native upland soil microbiota and TCH3-2 in rhizosphere and endosphere environment, we harvested the rhizosphere soil and root endosphere sample from TCH3-2 treated tomato grown at upland soil.为探明原生旱地土壤微生物群（microbiota）与TCH3-2在根际（rhizosphere）及内生境（endosphere）中的互作关系，我们从种植于旱地土壤、经TCH3-2处理的番茄植株中采集了根际土壤样本与根系内生境样本。
