Bacteria in domestic water-storage containers with or without mosquito larvae

In this study, bacteria in domestic water-storage containers in an Indian village were analysed. Bacteria were identified by 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing and identified bacteria were correlated to the presence of vector mosquitoes.

本研究对印度某村庄家用储水容器内的细菌开展了分析。研究采用16S rRNA基因扩增子测序（16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing）对细菌进行鉴定，并将鉴定得到的细菌与病媒蚊虫的存在情况进行了相关性分析。
