Code and Results for "When Does Re-sweeping a mmWave Beam Pay? One-Shot and Sequential Critical Delays"

Code and aggregate result files behind the article "When Does Re-sweeping a mmWave Beam Pay? One-Shot and Sequential Critical Delays". The package rebuilds the three tables and every number of the article's empirical section from the stored results, and holds the code of the two analyses that replay the closed-form rule on real millimetre-wave measurements, with their run records. The measurements are from the DeepSense 6G dataset (A. Alkhateeb et al., IEEE Communications Magazine 61(9):122-128, 2023, https://doi.org/10.1109/MCOM.006.2200730), distributed by its authors under the CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 licence. They are not included, nor any extract of them: the package ships download scripts that fetch the scenario archives from their source and check them, and every extract they write, against recorded SHA-256 sums. The result files hold aggregate statistics and estimates only. The README lists the requirements and the commands.
