In this study, D-galactose was used to establish an aging mouse model, and Codonopsis pilosula extract was used as the intervention treatment for the aging model mice. Pathological, immunohistochemical, and electron microscopic methods were used to demonstrate the protective effects of Codonopsis pilosula on intestinal tissue and mucosal barrier in aging mice. And then, a combination of metabolomics and microbiomic analyses was performed to explore the molecular mechanisms involved in the anti-aging effect of Codonopsis pilosula on the gut microbiota.
本研究采用D-半乳糖(D-galactose)构建衰老小鼠模型,以党参(Codonopsis pilosula)提取物对该衰老模型小鼠实施干预治疗。通过病理学、免疫组织化学及电子显微镜技术,验证党参对衰老小鼠肠道组织与黏膜屏障的保护作用。随后结合代谢组学与微生物组学分析手段,探究党参通过调节肠道菌群发挥抗衰老作用的分子机制。
