Code, files and documentation to run the DETECTOR organoid analysis tool developed in Bulcaen et al., Cell Reports Medicine, 2024.
Credits to Bingnan Ronald Liu for the design and development the machine-learning models to analyze organoid responses. Annotation of training data and evaluation of model performance were done in close collaboration between R.B. Liu and M. Bulcaen.
