DETECTOR - organoid analysis tool

Code, files and documentation to run the DETECTOR organoid analysis tool developed in Bulcaen et al., Cell Reports Medicine, 2024. Credits to Bingnan Ronald Liu for the design and development the machine-learning models to analyze organoid responses. Annotation of training data and evaluation of model performance were done in close collaboration between R.B. Liu and M. Bulcaen.本数据集包含可运行Bulcaen等人于2024年发表于《Cell Reports Medicine》（《细胞报告·医学》）的DETECTOR类器官（organoid）分析工具的代码、相关文件及说明文档。 鸣谢刘秉南·罗纳德·刘（Bingnan Ronald Liu）负责该工具所用机器学习模型的设计与开发，以分析类器官响应。训练数据标注与模型性能评估工作由R.B. 刘与M. 布尔坎（M.
