S7 data file for Galaxiella

S7 data for all individuals included in our study in nexus format. Data were aligned with MAFFT and phased in DnaSP (each allele is indicated by .a or .b at the end of the OTU code). Sequence names match the species initials and the field codes shown in locality code column in our locality data table. Samples lacking a field code used the first four letters of the waterbody name, while samples ending in gb were from GenBank.

本研究纳入的所有个体的S7序列数据采用Nexus格式存储。所有数据均通过MAFFT完成多序列比对，并在DnaSP中进行单倍型相位推断（每个等位基因通过操作分类单元(OTU)编号末尾的.a或.b标识）。序列名称与本研究位点数据表中「位点代码」列标注的物种缩写及野外采样编号保持一致。未携带野外采样编号的样本采用水体名称的前四个字母作为标识，而后缀为gb的样本数据则来源于GenBank（基因银行）。
