Waterborne polymers are attracting significant interest in industrial applications due to being both safe and sustainable, especially when compared to traditional fabrication routes using toxic organic solvents. In this work we will look at a novel system of waterborne polymer based nanoparticles which can be used for drug delivery. We will use SANS to examine the structure of the nanoparticles and how the drug is loaded.
水性聚合物(Waterborne polymers)因兼具安全性与可持续性,相较于采用有毒有机溶剂的传统制备工艺,在工业应用领域受到了广泛关注。本研究将考察一种可用于药物递送的新型水性聚合物基纳米颗粒体系,并采用小角中子散射(SANS)技术,对该纳米颗粒的结构以及药物负载过程进行探究。
