DORA Compliance Readiness: AWS European Sovereign Cloud and Google Cloud Sovereign Solutions - Comparative Dataset

Companion dataset for the SSRN preprint "DORA Compliance Readiness: A Comparative Architecture and Cost/Performance Analysis of AWS European Sovereign Cloud and Google Cloud Sovereign Solutions for EU Financial Institutions." Contains four CSV files: the EU Cloud Sovereignty Framework objectives and weights (v1.2.1), an architectural comparison of both providers across five dimensions, directional sovereignty scoring with rationale, and a codebook defining the scoring scale. All data derives from publicly available provider documentation retrieved July 2026. No original benchmarking was conducted.本数据集为SSRN（Social Science Research Network）预印本《DORA合规就绪性：面向欧盟金融机构的亚马逊网络服务（Amazon Web Services，AWS）欧洲主权云与谷歌云（Google Cloud）主权解决方案的架构对比及成本性能分析》的配套数据集。本数据集共包含四个逗号分隔值（Comma-Separated Values，CSV）文件，分别为：欧盟云主权框架（EU Cloud Sovereignty Framework）的目标与权重（v1.2.1版本）、两家服务商在五大维度下的架构对比、附带论证依据的定向主权评分表，以及定义评分标准的代码手册。所有数据均取自2026年7月获取的服务商公开官方文档，未开展任何原创性基准测试工作。
