Phalaenopsis aphrodite LTRharvest consensus sequences with 2-ODD domain

LTRharvest predictions were clustered on a similarity basis and the sequences from each cluster were aligned to derive consensus sequences. Following this approach, we obtained 254 and 178 consensus from the P. aphrodite and P. equestris genome assemblies, respectively. After searching for conserved protein domains across these sequences, we identified 15 consensus encoding the 2-ODD domain in P. aphrodite.

我们首先对LTRharvest的预测结果基于相似性原则进行聚类，随后从每个聚类中提取序列并开展多序列比对，以推导得到共有序列。采用该分析策略，我们分别从蝴蝶兰（P. aphrodite）和桃红蝴蝶兰（P. equestris）的基因组组装结果中获得了254条和178条共有序列。在对上述所有序列开展保守蛋白质结构域检索后，我们在蝴蝶兰（P. aphrodite）中鉴定出15个编码2-ODD结构域的共有序列。
