DA Methylation patterns in decitabine treated 786-0 cells

Genome-wide DNA methylation profiling of 786-0 RCC cells treated with decitabine (100nM and 300nM) or DMSO vehicle. The Illumina Infinium HumanMethylation EPIC BeadChip was used to obtain DNA methylation profiles across approximately 850K CpGs. 对经地西他滨（decitabine，100nM与300nM浓度）或二甲基亚砜（DMSO）载体处理的786-0肾细胞癌细胞（RCC）开展全基因组DNA甲基化谱分析。本研究采用Illumina Infinium人类甲基化EPIC芯片（Illumina Infinium HumanMethylation EPIC BeadChip），对约85万个CpG位点（CpGs）进行检测以获取全基因组DNA甲基化谱。本研究共纳入6份经亚硫酸氢盐转化的DNA（bisulfite converted DNA）样本，将其与上述芯片完成杂交反应。
