Characterization of the impact of nicotinamide on TIR function Overall design: We performed transcriptomic analyses on control Col-0 plants and TIR signaling impaired eds1-12 mutants, infected or not by Pseudomonas syringae DC3000 empty vector or expressing avrRps4, in the presence or not of 50mM nicotinamide. Samples consisted of two leaf discs from two plants. We collected six samples from three independent experiments for each genotype/treatment.

实验设计概述:我们对哥伦比亚生态型Col-0对照植株以及TIR信号通路受损的eds1-12突变体开展转录组分析,供试材料分别经空载体或表达avrRps4的丁香假单胞菌DC3000(Pseudomonas syringae DC3000)侵染或未侵染,并在添加或不添加50mM烟酰胺的条件下进行处理。每个样本取自两株植株的两片叶盘,针对每种基因型/处理组合,我们从3次独立重复实验中收集了6个样本。
