Transcriptomic Analysis of Salt Tolerance in Wheat

Salt tolerance in spring wheat is a complex trait governed by the coordinated regulation of multiple genes. This study will perform high-throughput comparative transcriptomic analysis between salt-tolerant varietyand control spring wheat variety under NaCl stress, with the aim of identifying key regulatory genes and critical metabolic pathways involved in salt tolerance.
