Transcriptomic Analysis of Salt Tolerance in Wheat

Salt tolerance in spring wheat is a complex trait governed by the coordinated regulation of multiple genes. This study will perform high-throughput comparative transcriptomic analysis between salt-tolerant varietyand control spring wheat variety under NaCl stress, with the aim of identifying key regulatory genes and critical metabolic pathways involved in salt tolerance.春小麦耐盐性是受多个基因协同调控的复杂性状。本研究将对NaCl胁迫下的耐盐春小麦品种与对照春小麦品种开展高通量比较转录组学分析，旨在鉴定参与耐盐调控的关键调控基因与核心代谢通路。
