Palbociclib releases the latent differentiation capacity of neuroblastoma cells [H3K27ac ChIP-seq PB and RA]

We have used H3K27ac ChIP-seq to assess the global impact of the combination of palbociclib and retinoic acid on the epigenetic H3K27ac landscape in three neuroblastoma cell lines. Overall design: H3K27ac ChIP-seq in SK-N-BE(2)C cells following DMSO, RA, PB or PB+RA treatment for 5 days

本研究采用组蛋白H3K27乙酰化染色质免疫共沉淀测序（H3K27ac ChIP-seq）技术，评估帕博西尼与维A酸联合处理对三株神经母细胞瘤细胞系表观遗传H3K27ac修饰图谱的全局影响。总体实验设计：对SK-N-BE(2)C细胞分别施以二甲基亚砜（DMSO）、维A酸、帕博西尼以及帕博西尼联合维A酸处理5天后，开展H3K27ac ChIP-seq检测。
