Expression profiling of wild-type and Prdm1 null mouse MECs using Illumina whole genome mouse V2 arrays. The hypothesis tested was that Prdm1-regulated gene expression in MECs is required for correct epithelial function. Overall design: Tamoxifen inducible Prdm1 null (Prdm1BEH/CA;ROSA26:CreERT2) and wild type MEC were treated with 4OH Tamoxifen on D0 of cuture. Total RNA was obtained from three wild type (C57BL6) and three Prdm1 null MECs each on D3 and D4 of culture and hybridized to Illumina WG6_V2 arrays
