臨時工廠名錄

「工廠管理輔導法」於103年1月22日修正公布，依該法第34條規定，於97年3月14日前既有低污染之未登記工廠，其符合環境保護、消防、水利、水土保持等法律規定者，於104年6月2日前，得向地方主管機關繳交登記回饋金，申請補辦臨時工廠登記，不受第15條第2款、第3款規定之限制。經補辦臨時登記之工廠，應於109年6月2日前，取得土地及建築物合法使用之證明文件；屆期未取得者，補辦之臨時工廠登記證明文件，自屆滿之翌日起失其效力，地方主管機關應依第三十條規定處罰。
為配合政府推動資料開放措施，提供民眾參考使用，本辦公室即日起開放登記狀態為生產中之臨時工廠名錄資料下載（每季更新），資料集內容包含工廠名稱、工廠登記編號、工廠地址、工廠負責人姓名、公司（營利事業）統一編號、工廠登記核准日期、產業類別、主要產品等，歡迎各界多加利用。檔案開啟說明：下載檔案→在檔案上按滑鼠右鍵→選擇開啟檔案→選擇記事本。

The Factory Management and Guidance Act was amended and promulgated on January 22, 2014 (R.O.C. 103). Pursuant to Article 34 of this Act, existing low-pollution unregistered factories established before March 14, 2008 (R.O.C. 97) that comply with environmental protection, fire safety, water conservancy, and soil and water conservation laws and regulations may submit a registration contribution fee to the local competent authorities and apply for retroactive temporary factory registration before June 2, 2015 (R.O.C. 104), and shall not be restricted by Subparagraphs 2 and 3 of Article 15. Factories that have obtained retroactive temporary factory registration shall obtain legal use certification documents for land and buildings before June 2, 2020 (R.O.C. 109). If such certification documents are not obtained by the deadline, the retroactive temporary factory registration certificate shall cease to be valid on the day following the expiration date, and the local competent authorities shall impose penalties in accordance with Article 30.

In order to support the government's data opening initiative for public reference, this office now enables the download of the list of temporary factories with a registration status of "in production" (updated quarterly). The dataset includes factory name, factory registration number, factory address, name of factory responsible person, unified business number of the company (profit-seeking enterprise), date of approval for factory registration, industry category, and main products. We welcome all sectors of society to make use of this resource.
