本数据集属于燃料电池质子交换膜、高分子功能膜技术领域,基于本实验室开发的磺化聚芴醚酮(SPFEK),通过简单的浸渍法将其浸入到聚酰亚胺(PI)静电纺丝纳米多孔膜中,制备SPFEK@PI复合膜,有效提升其机械性能,抑制甲醇渗透,应用在直接甲醇燃料电池(DMFC)中展现出可比Nafion®212膜的电池性能。主要记录了复合膜的热重曲线、吸水率和溶胀率、质子传导率、应力应变曲线以及功率密度曲线,数据量在4Mb左右。
This dataset pertains to the field of fuel cell proton exchange membranes and polymer functional membrane technology. Based on sulfonated poly(fluorene ether ketone) (SPFEK) developed by our laboratory, the SPFEK@PI composite membrane was fabricated via a straightforward dipping method, where SPFEK was immersed into polyimide (PI) electrospun nanoporous membranes. This composite membrane effectively enhances its mechanical properties and suppresses methanol permeation; when applied in direct methanol fuel cells (DMFC), it demonstrates battery performance comparable to that of Nafion®212 membrane. This dataset primarily records the thermogravimetric curves, water absorption and swelling ratio, proton conductivity, stress-strain curves, and power density curves of the composite membranes, with a total data size of approximately 4 Mb.
