Summary statistics for conditional FDR-based GWAS of cranial vault shape.The original cranial vault shape GWAS (n = 6772) was obtained from<br>Goovaerts, S. et al. Joint multi-ancestry and admixed GWAS reveals the complex genetics behind human cranial vault shape. Nat Commun 14, 7436 (2023).<br>FDR statistics were obtained by applying the conditional FDR method introduced in<br>Andreassen, O. A. et al. Improved Detection of Common Variants Associated with Schizophrenia and Bipolar Disorder Using Pleiotropy-Informed Conditional False Discovery Rate. PLOS Genetics 9, e1003455 (2013).<br>We used facial shape, brain shape, and heel bone mineral density GWAS summary statistics in the conditional FDR analysis.
