Swept Source OCT test dataset for OCTproZ Phase Extraction Extension

This swept source OCT raw data can be used together with OCTproZ and the "Phase Extraction Extension" plugin. It can be used to get familiar with the phase extraction extension without having to acquire your own dataset. Data size information: 12 bits per sample 1664 samples per raw A-scan 512 A-scans per B-scan 256 B-scans per Volume 2 Volumes General data information: The processed OCT data shows a laminated IR detector card and a calibration signal. The calibration signal can be used to extract the phase of the swept source signal to perform wavenumber linearization on the OCT dataset. At the end of the volume scan, the slow scanner quickly moves back to the start point of the volume. During this flyback period, 14 of the 256 B-scans of a single volume are acquired. These 14 B-scans can be clearly seen in the volume rendering of the data at one edge of the volume, but do not affect the wavenumber calibration in any way. This is the dataset that was used in "OCT wavenumber calibration with simple reference arm modification"
