The impact of neurons on the pathogenesis of central poststroke pain (CPSP) after thalamic hemorrhage is currently unknown. The aim of this study was to identify the key genes in neurons and investigate their roles in pain after thalamic hemorrhage based on RNA-sequencing (RNA-seq) data from model mice. The differentially expressed genes (DEGs) in neurons between the model and control groups were identified. A protein‒protein interaction (PPI) network of the DEGs was constructed. CytoNCA was utilized to analyze the connectivity of the nodes in the PPI network, and the top 5 genes were identified as key genes in the network. Afterward, an miRNA‒mRNA network and TF-mRNA network were established.
随后构建了microRNA-信使RNA(miRNA-mRNA)调控网络与转录因子-信使RNA(TF-mRNA)调控网络。
