Mycoplasma hominis strain isolated from blood culture during sepsis investigation in 2015 from the UK. Strain is resistant to multiple antimicrobials and has confirmed mutations in gyrase and topoisomerase genes mediating fluoroquinolone resistance (e.g. levofloxacin, moxifloxacin) as well as genomic insertion of the tetracycline resistance gene tet(M) mediating resistance to tetracycline and doxycycline.

该菌株为2015年从英国一份脓毒症排查样本的血培养物中分离得到的人型支原体(Mycoplasma hominis)菌株。该菌株对多种抗菌药物具有耐药性，经证实其旋转酶与拓扑异构酶基因存在可介导氟喹诺酮类（如左氧氟沙星、莫西沙星）耐药的突变，同时其基因组中还插入了可介导四环素与多西环素耐药的四环素耐药基因tet(M)。
