Gene database of Fructilactobacillus sanfranciscensis

This work describes the gene database of <em>Fructilactobacillus sanfranciscensis</em>. Original annotated genome file of the species was obtained from Genbank, and processed by an in-house MATLAB gene database analysis software to reveal gene name, gene function and gene sequence for each gene across the genome of the species. It is hoped that the data encapsulated herein will help inform future research seeking to understand the physiology of this microorganism.

本研究介绍了<em>旧金山果糖乳杆菌（Fructilactobacillus sanfranciscensis）</em>的基因数据库。该物种的原始注释基因组文件取自Genbank数据库，经由自研的MATLAB基因数据库分析软件处理后，解析得到该物种全基因组中每个基因的名称、功能及序列信息。本数据集所封装的数据，有望为后续探究该微生物生理学特性的相关研究提供参考依据。
