-file structure by compact and particle names-includes SEM images showing locations of scans on TRISO particles-includes Dragonfly ORSSession files--containing the unprocessed, aligned, cropped and processed images, segmented phases (pores, fission products, buffer matrix), separated pores, and meshes. Dragonfly is free for research use: https://dragonfly.comet.tech/en/non-commercial-licensing. Meshes of any ROI (eg. all pores, pores within a specific size range, fission products, etc) can be easily exported. Analysis can also be done within the program and the training data and deep learning model used for segmentation can be accessed in the software.
本数据集的文件结构以紧凑命名规范与颗粒名称为依据构建。包含用于展示TRISO颗粒(TRISO particles)扫描位点的扫描电子显微镜(Scanning Electron Microscope,SEM)图像,同时涵盖Dragonfly ORSSession格式文件。该类文件包含未处理、对齐、裁剪及已处理的图像,经分割的相结构(孔隙、裂变产物、缓冲基体)、分离得到的孔隙与网格模型。Dragonfly软件面向科研用途免费开放,非商业授权可通过https://dragonfly.comet.tech/en/non-commercial-licensing 申请获取。任意感兴趣区域(Region of Interest,ROI)的网格模型(例如全部孔隙、特定尺寸区间内的孔隙、裂变产物等)均可便捷导出。用户可在该软件内开展分析工作,且用于图像分割的训练数据与深度学习模型均可在软件中获取。
