Neocrepidodera ferruginea (wheat flea beetle), genomic and transcriptomic data

This project collects the genomic and transcriptomic data generated for Neocrepidodera ferruginea, common name wheat flea beetle, to facilitate genome assembly and annotation as part of the Darwin Tree of Life Project (https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/). The data under this project are made available subject to the Darwin Tree of Life Open Data Release Policy (https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/).本项目收集了针对小麦跳甲（Neocrepidodera ferruginea）所生成的基因组与转录组数据，作为达尔文生命之树项目（Darwin Tree of Life Project，https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/）的组成部分，以助力该物种的基因组组装与注释工作。本项目产生的数据将依据《达尔文生命之树开放数据发布政策》（https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/）对外共享。
