Raw Data: Optical density & pH values of bacteria supplemented with Nitrate

Data for Chapter 2 of the thesis: Effect of Electron Acceptors on Oral Microbial Community Composition and Function This raw dataset includes all optical density readings and pH values to generate the graphs from Chapter 2 when supplemented with Nitrate. There is a second file which has all the raw data for Nitrite.本数据集对应学位论文第二章《电子受体（Electron Acceptors）对口腔微生物群落组成与功能的影响》。该原始数据集包含了添加硝酸盐（Nitrate）条件下，生成该章节图表所需的全部光密度（Optical Density）读数与pH值数据。另有一份文件，涵盖了亚硝酸盐（Nitrite）相关的全部原始实验数据。
