Mouse Inferior Colliculus Vasculature

This dataset contains the raw images from the 10 inferior colliculi segmentations from bregma ~ -4.9 to -5.4. There are five female and five male brains in the dataset. All female brains have odd numbers, and all male brains have even numbers.
