Information on business entities engaged in wholesale trade in cognac alcohol (including distillates in the form of main and tail fractions) and fruit on the basis of a license for the production of cognac and alcoholic beverages under the cognac technology USREOU code and the registration number of the taxpayer's registration card of an individual entrepreneur is not disclosed, due to the fact that the register form is approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine dated 28.11.2012 Ü 1231, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 20.12.2012 Ü 2130/22442, which does not provide for the publication of such data.从事科涅克酒精（包括主馏分与尾馏分形式的蒸馏物）及水果批发贸易的经营主体，其依据科涅克生产工艺取得白兰地及酒精饮料生产许可的相关信息、乌克兰统一国家登记册（USREOU）代码，以及个体工商户纳税人登记卡编号，均不予公开。究其缘由，该登记表格由乌克兰财政部2012年11月28日第1231号命令批准，并于2012年12月20日在乌克兰司法部完成登记（登记号：2130/22442），其中未对公开此类数据作出规定。
