**About National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting (NGER) Scheme:**\r\n\r\nIn 2007 Australia introduced a single, national framework for corporations to report on greenhouse gas emissions, energy use and energy production. That framework, known as the National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting (NGER) Scheme, operates under the *National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting Act 2007.* \r\n\r\nCorporations registered under the Act 2007 (the NGER Act) are obliged to report greenhouse gas emissions, energy production and energy consumption data to the Clean Energy Regulator.\r\nBy 28 February each year the Clean Energy Regulator must publish some of the data reported under the NGER Act for the previous reporting (financial) year.

**关于国家温室气体与能源报告（National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting，简称NGER）方案：**

2007年，澳大利亚推出了一套统一的国家级框架，要求企业报告温室气体排放、能源使用及能源生产相关数据。该框架即国家温室气体与能源报告（NGER）方案，其实施依据为《2007年国家温室气体与能源报告法》（*National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting Act 2007*）。

依据《2007年国家温室气体与能源报告法》（以下简称《NGER法》）完成注册的企业，有义务向清洁能源监管局（Clean Energy Regulator）提交温室气体排放、能源生产及能源消耗相关数据。每年2月28日前，清洁能源监管局须公开上一报告财年依据《NGER法》提交的部分数据。
