In this study, we constructed mouse abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) model by adiministration of AngII plus salt. We conducted single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to profile gene expression on various cell types and explored the endothelial cell heterogeity in the development of AAA. Overall design: Single cell RNA-Seq of mouse abdominal aorta from control group and AngII and salt group, by pooling aortic tissues from five mice as one sample.

本研究通过血管紧张素II(Angiotensin II, AngII)联合高盐给药的方式构建小鼠腹主动脉瘤(abdominal aortic aneurysm, AAA)模型。我们利用单细胞RNA测序(single-cell RNA sequencing, scRNA-seq)对多种细胞类型的基因表达谱进行解析,并探究了腹主动脉瘤发生发展过程中内皮细胞的异质性。总体实验设计:本研究对对照组、血管紧张素II联合高盐处理组的小鼠腹主动脉组织开展单细胞RNA测序,实验采用将5只小鼠的主动脉组织混合作为一个测序样本的方案。
