Division Detection and Tracking Annotated Dataset

The following dataset contains annotation for division and tracking for live cell images acquired through automated confocal microscopy. All videos are from time-lapse microscopy with time interval of 4h, and spatial resolution of 512x512 pixels with pixel size of 0.3microns. Each frame is imaged with 4 fluorescent reporters yielding 4 image channels. We include division detection annotations for 10 videos, and tracking annotations for 3 videos. 3 videos total have annotations for both division detection and tracking.

本数据集包含通过自动共聚焦显微镜（automated confocal microscopy）采集的活细胞图像的细胞分裂检测与追踪标注。所有视频均来自延时显微成像（time-lapse microscopy），其时间间隔为4小时，空间分辨率为512×512像素，像素尺寸为0.3微米。每帧图像通过4种荧光报告探针（fluorescent reporters）成像，生成4个图像通道。我们为10段视频提供了细胞分裂检测标注，为3段视频提供了追踪标注，其中总计有3段视频同时具备这两类标注。
