本数据由广东省科学院新材料研究所在进行激光熔覆高熵合金涂层科研试验中获得,通过人工进行原始数据收集,由技术专家对数据进行分析确认,产生激光熔覆高熵合金涂层性能数据集,数据包含高熵合金化学组成(原子百分比)、涂层制备工艺、主要工艺参数、平均显微硬度、平均磨损率。通过对高熵合金化学组成、激光熔覆工艺,涂层性能数据的分析,旨在为激光熔覆高熵合金涂层的厂家及应用单位提供数据依据,为产品研发及优化提供有力支持。
This dataset was acquired during scientific experiments on laser-cladded high-entropy alloy coatings carried out by the Institute of New Materials, Guangdong Academy of Sciences. Raw data was collected manually, then analyzed and validated by technical experts, leading to the establishment of the performance dataset for laser-cladded high-entropy alloy coatings. The dataset covers the chemical composition of high-entropy alloys (atomic percentage), coating preparation processes, key process parameters, average microhardness, and average wear rate. By analyzing the chemical composition of high-entropy alloys, laser cladding processes, and coating performance data, this resource aims to provide data support for manufacturers and application entities of laser-cladded high-entropy alloy coatings, and offer robust backing for product research and development as well as optimization.
