Gaafaru Atoll is located between 4°43'49"N - 4°44'19"N latitude and 73°29'9"E - 73°30'9"E longitude. It is situated in the central-eastern part of the Maldives Archipelago and under the jurisdiction of Kaafu Atoll administrative division. As a natural small atoll, it faces Cassidhoo Atoll to the north and borders North Male Atoll to the south. Gaafaru Atoll consists of 3 islands. Among them, the largest is Gaafaru Island, with an area of 0.17 km². The total area of Gaafaru Atoll is 0.18 km², and its coastline length is 3.70 km. This dataset was developed based on comprehensive Google Earth remote sensing images and relevant geographic information data. The data is stored in .kmz and .shp formats, with a compressed size of 13 KB.
