Single-cell RNA sequencing was performed on dentate gyrus of C57Bl/6 mice at ages ranging from 3 MO to 21 MO. Spatial transcriptomics was performed on whole brain sections from cage littermates Overall design: 34732 single cells isolated from the dentate gyrus of mice for scRNA-seq. 42169 spots were profiled on the brain coronal sections.

本数据集针对3月龄至21月龄的C57BL/6小鼠齿状回开展了单细胞RNA测序(Single-cell RNA sequencing);同时对同笼同窝小鼠的全脑切片进行了空间转录组学(Spatial transcriptomics)检测。实验整体设计如下:单细胞RNA测序共从小鼠齿状回中分离得到34732个单细胞;空间转录组测序在大脑冠状切片上完成了42169个测序斑点的检测。
