50_reefs_threats

These data are the raw_data and output_data files needed to recreate the analysis and results in Kuempel et al. 2021 "Identifying management opportunities to combat climate, land, and marine threats across less climate exposed coral reefs". The corresponding code can be found at https://github.com/cdkuempel/50_reefs_threats. Download these datasets and add them to the main folder of the github repository. The raw pressure and stressor data are downloaded within the scripts provided.
