Immunophenotyping peripheral blood mononuclear cells in human HFpEF

Immune cell activation in heart failure is poorly understood. We profiled circulating leukocytes in humans with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction and non heart failure controls to identify novel changes associated with HFpEF diagnosis We performed multiomic profiling of PBMCs from non heart failure controls and patients with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction to identify novel transcriptomic changes in circulating immune cells

心力衰竭状态下的免疫细胞激活机制尚未得到充分阐释。本研究纳入射血分数保留型心力衰竭（HFpEF）患者与非心力衰竭对照人群，对其循环白细胞进行表征分析，以筛选与HFpEF诊断相关的新型分子变化。同时，本研究针对上述两组人群的外周血单个核细胞（PBMCs）开展多组学分析，以挖掘循环免疫细胞中潜在的新型转录组学改变。
