Integrated Cell Expression Toolkit:RNAseq from limiting amounts of input

Several methods exist for constructing sequencing libraries from single-cell amounts of RNA. However, different library preparation methods are required to enable full length or strand specific 3’ end profiling. The Integrated Cell Expression Toolkit (ICE-T) maximizes functionality by integrating these approaches with novel strategies that provide a range of profiling options.

目前已有多种方法可从单细胞量级的RNA样本构建测序文库（sequencing library）。然而，若要实现全长转录本测序或链特异性3'端表达谱分析，则需采用不同的文库制备方法。集成细胞表达工具箱（Integrated Cell Expression Toolkit，缩写ICE-T）通过将上述实验方案与可提供多样化表达谱分析选项的新型策略相结合，最大限度地提升了其功能覆盖范围。
