Jacobsen_FuncEcol_2018_OTU_table_and_FUNGuild_output

Excel-document containing table of operational taxonomic units (OTUs) extracted from wood samples. The OTU table in sheet 1 includes negatives and repetitions, and samples (in columns) are tagged by their PCR IDs (see mapping file). The OTU table in sheet 2 does not include negatives and repetitions, OTUs are annotated according to database matches, and samples (in rows) are categorized according to treatment and other design variables (see Jacobsen et al. 2018). Sheet 2 lists the information extracted for the annotated taxa of each OTU from the database FUNGUILD (see Jacobsen et al. 2018).

本数据集为Excel文档，内含从木材样本中提取的操作分类单元（operational taxonomic unit, OTU）表格。工作表1中的OTU表包含阴性对照与重复样本，样本以列形式排布，并通过其PCR标记ID进行标注（详见映射文件）。工作表2中的OTU表未包含阴性对照与重复样本，OTU已根据数据库比对结果完成注释，样本以行形式排布，并根据处理方式及其他实验设计变量进行分类（详见Jacobsen等人2018年的研究）。工作表2还列出了从FUNGUILD数据库中为每个已注释OTU的分类单元提取的相关信息（详见Jacobsen等人2018年的研究）。
