Phylogenetic analysis-related data.<br>MLE_tree_ana.fa is Input data including all MLE consensus sequences plus Ammar and other species shown in (all_Mariner.fa, Ammar.fa and MLE.otherspecies.fa). MLE_tree_ana.aln is Clustal omega output file (aln), and MLE_tree_ana.newick is fasttree output data (newick). Trees.png is a high resolution phylogenetic tree picture.

本数据集为系统发育分析相关数据。
MLE_tree_ana.fa为输入数据，包含所有MLE共有序列，外加取自all_Mariner.fa、Ammar.fa及MLE.otherspecies.fa文件中的Ammar及其他物种序列。
MLE_tree_ana.aln为Clustal Omega软件的输出文件（aln格式），MLE_tree_ana.newick为FastTree软件的输出数据（newick格式）。
