One Gram-stain-positive, catalase-negative strain, designated 1-1-2T, was isolated from the gut of honeybee. Average nucleotide identity values between strain 1-1-2T and Apilactobacillus kunkeei YH-15T was 93.8%. In silico DNA-DNA hybridization of 1-1-2T and showed an estimated DNA reassociation value of 52.1% with Apilactobacillus kunkeei YH-15T. Based on the results, strain 1-1-2T should be classified as a novel species of genus Apilactobacillus.
一株革兰氏染色阳性、过氧化氢酶阴性的菌株(命名为1-1-2T),分离自蜜蜂肠道。菌株1-1-2T与蜂乳杆菌属(Apilactobacillus)昆克蜂乳杆菌YH-15T的平均核苷酸一致性值为93.8%。对菌株1-1-2T进行的虚拟DNA-DNA杂交分析显示,其与昆克蜂乳杆菌YH-15T的预估DNA复性分值为52.1%。基于上述结果,菌株1-1-2T应被归类为蜂乳杆菌属的一个新物种。
