Metagenomic sequencing data of rumen microbes from Karakul sheep. Samples were collected from Tarim University on June 17, 2024. The sequencing aimed to explore the rumen microbial community structure and functions in Karakul sheep, using the Illumina sequencing platform. Total DNA was extracted from the samples following standard protocols.
