Complete BK Polyomavirus genome sequences from two patients with urinary tract infections using the Ion Torrent platform

Here we report two complete BK Polyomavirus genome sequences, CAMB-1035 and CAMB-1055, identified from two patient urine samples tested for urinary tract infection. Variation and phylogenetic analysis is used to characterise the virus diversity.
