Multilocus alignment and phylogenetic tree files for Botrytis isolates associated with Liriope platyphylla leaf blight in Korea

This dataset contains a concatenated multilocus nucleotide alignment and a maximum likelihood phylogenetic tree file used for the identification of Botrytis isolates associated with leaf blight symptoms on Liriope platyphylla in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea. The dataset was generated to support phylogenetic analysis based on three protein-coding loci: G3PDH, HSP60, and RPB2.
