VPRS 17031 Supreme Court Judgements, Orders and Decrees, Bendigo

This volume contains official handwritten (and later, typed) court documents relating to certain judgements, orders and decrees in the Bendigo Supreme Court that were ordered to be entered into the record. The great majority of individual cases in these volumes relate to divorce cases, and therefore are Decree Nisi documents.Most of the pages where documents have been pasted have an accompanying annotation that acknowledges receipt of the original document from the Deputy Prothonotary of the Supreme Court, the signature of the person receiving the original, and the date. This annotation is usually to be found at the bottom of the page.

本卷宗收录官方手写（后续转为打印格式）的法庭文件，均涉及本迪戈最高法院（Bendigo Supreme Court）已正式入档的若干判决、裁定及判令。本卷宗内绝大多数个案均为离婚纠纷，相关文件均为暂准离婚令（Decree Nisi）文件。多数粘贴有文件的页面均附带一则批注，用于确认已收到最高法院副诉讼登记官提交的原始文件，并标注收件人签名与接收日期，该批注通常位于页面底部。
