A symptom determinant lies within residue 802 of 1EPol of RNA1 in grapevine fanleaf virus. Two wild strains (GHu and F13) of GFLV and two mutant strains (GHu 1EPol K802G and F13 1EPol G802K) were mechanically introduced into ~5 week old N. benth. Tissue from these plants was collected at 4, 7, and 12 days post inoculation in five biological replicates with pooling of 3 individuals per biorep. The goal of this study was to uncover host immune response with respect to viral treatment and other modified host metabolism components. This data set has a complementary protein analysis available at ProteomeExchange.
