This figure presents the mechanical properties of specimens extracted from FGF-manufactured boxes, highlighting their comparative performance against injection-moulded and compression-moulded parts made from the same pellets. The FGF specimens are evaluated in two orientations – 0° and 90° relative to the filament extrusion direction – allowing to understand the anisotropic characteristics in strength and stiffness. The data for injection-moulding using virgin CF/PEEK pellets are taken from Syensqo datasheets.FGF: Fused-Granular-Fabrication. AM Flexbot E25 from CEAD Group. 本图展示了由FGF(Fused-Granular-Fabrication,熔融颗粒制造)制备的箱体试样的力学性能,并对比了采用相同粒料制备的注塑成型与压缩成型部件的性能表现。本次试验针对FGF试样设置两种取向——与丝材挤出方向呈0°与90°——以明晰其强度与刚度的各向异性特征。采用原生CF/PEEK粒料的注塑成型实验数据取自赛恩斯高(Syensqo)官方数据表。FGF即熔融颗粒制造(Fused-Granular-Fabrication)。所用设备为CEAD集团旗下的AM Flexbot E25,喷嘴口径9mm,挤出温度范围为380-400℃。回收级CF/PEKK-PEEK粒料由赛恩斯高(Syensqo)制造,其原料来源于CF/PEKK预浸料带切边(TET)废料。原生CF/PEEK粒料同样由赛恩斯高(Syensqo)制造,型号为KetaSpire® KT-880 CF/PEEK。
