DNA methylation data of E, L1,L2 and L3 queens and their drones (G2DE, G2DL1, G2DL2 and G2DL3). G1E were queens reared from eggs (E) transferred to queen cells on the 2nd day after laying in generation 1 (G1). G1L1 were queens reared from one-day old larvae (L1) transferred to queen cells on the 4th day after laying. G1L2 were queens reared from two-day old larvae (L2) transferred to queen cells on the 5th day after laying. G1L3 were queens reared from three-day old larvae (L3) transferred to queen cells on the 6th day after laying. G2DE, G2DL1, G2DL2 and G2DL3 were reared by the eggs laid by G1E, G1L1, G1L2 and G1L3 queen correspondingly.
本数据集包含E、L1、L2、L3型蜂王及其雄蜂的DNA甲基化(DNA methylation)数据,对应样本组别为G2DE、G2DL1、G2DL2与G2DL3。G1E为世代1(G1)中,于产卵后第2天转移至王台的卵(E)所培育得到的蜂王;G1L1为产卵后第4天转移至王台的1日龄幼虫(L1)所培育的蜂王;G1L2为产卵后第5天转移至王台的2日龄幼虫(L2)所培育的蜂王;G1L3为产卵后第6天转移至王台的3日龄幼虫(L3)所培育的蜂王。G2DE、G2DL1、G2DL2与G2DL3则分别由G1E、G1L1、G1L2、G1L3蜂王所产的卵培育而来。
