To study the response to phosphorus deficiency in Chinese fir. The samples were treated in hoagland nutrition with 0 mg/L, 5 mg/L and 10 mg/L phosphate supplied for 3 days, 10 days and 30 days with 3 replications each treatment. And the roots of the samples were collected and sequenced for transcriptome.

本研究旨在探究杉木（Chinese fir）对磷缺乏的响应。实验样本采用添加0 mg/L、5 mg/L及10 mg/L磷酸盐的霍格兰德营养液（Hoagland nutrition）培养，分别处理3天、10天与30天，每个处理设置3次生物学重复。随后采集样本根系，开展转录组（transcriptome）测序。
