To assess the effects of small molecules SP100030 and Selinexor on Jurkat T cells activated by PMA/Ionomycin after 6 hours of activation and treatment Comparative gene analysis of Jurkat cells at baseline (DMSO), baseline + SP100030 (1 uM SP100030), baseline + Selinexor (1 uM Selinexor), activated (50 nM PMA + 1 uM Ionomycin), activated + SP100030 (PMA/Ionomycin + 1 uM SP100030), and activated + Selinexor (PMA/Ionomycin + 1 uM Selinexor)
